📋 Description Lead Lighting Dept for Blue Man Group North American Tour. Oversee GrandMA2 console operation and cueing. Ensure safety and creative integrity of lighting across venues. Collaborate with Video and Production to integrate lighting with show. Manage load-ins/outs, rigging, and equipment across tour stops. Mentor crew; schedule staff; ensure show readiness. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Lighting/Technical Theatre. 5+ years in live entertainment or touring lighting. Expertise with GrandMA2, fixtures, and automated lighting. Strong rigging, power distribution, DMX, and show-file management. Experience supervising technical staff.
