Cultivation Associate

📋 Description Cross-train to support full plant life cycle from clone to harvest. Daily plant care: cutting, rooting, transplanting, watering, feeding, pruning. Monitor humidity, temperature, and moisture to meet quality goals. Inspect plants for health, bloom size, pests, or disease; remove non-conforming plants. Assist with harvest: cut, trim, weigh; record in the tracking system. Support curing: hang and dry-rack, label, weigh products, enter inventory. 🎯 Requirements Natural green thumb with passion for plants; harvesting experience counts. Thrives in fast-paced, team environments; teamwork and reliability. Detail-oriented; ensure quality and consistency. Reliable and organized; strong documentation and inventory skills. Solid math and measurement skills; comfortable using a scale.
