Drive improvements to the value of subscription hardware: performance, UX, reliability. Ensure tools used by the software team evolve to boost productivity and quality. Collaborate with executive leadership and Product Management to align initiatives. Enhance and scale architecture to support diverse apps (dental, automotive, sports). 🎯 Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field with software-enabled hardware and cloud experience. AWS, Linux, C++, Kubernetes, Terraform, React, WebGL, PostgreSQL, ElasticSearch, Bazel. Proven leadership experience in manufacturing or tech-driven industries. Strong strategic and analytical skills; track record delivering software for hardware.
