📋 Description Lead full-cycle recruiting across technical and creative roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates. Act as a trusted talent partner by advising on market trends, candidate profiles, and hiring processes. Develop and execute sourcing strategies using platforms like LinkedIn, referrals, events, and ATS tools to manage pipelines. Build pipelines and market intelligence to support business needs and role complexity. Maintain integrity and deliver a positive candidate experience while representing the company professionally. Be people-centered, attracting and retaining top talent and promoting Nex culture. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor’s degree. 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience (in-house preferred). Experience recruiting for technical and creative roles (bonus). Direct experience in gaming, entertainment, or technology industries is desirable. Proficient in applicant tracking systems, specifically Greenhouse. Collaborative team player with strong written and verbal communication skills. Highly proactive, adaptable, and able to navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
