Chief Financial Officer

📋 Description Lead development of short and long-term strategic objectives and profitability. Develop strategies to boost company value via sales and productivity. Collaborate with senior leaders on growth, including expansion and licensing. Establish finance operations strategy, key metrics, and systems. Provide timely budgets, forecasts, results, and variance analysis. Oversee treasury, investments, banking, and liquidity planning. Monitor financial performance and take corrective actions on variances. Advise on long-range planning, new programs, and regulatory actions. Build strong relationships with executives to align finance with needs. Oversee annual budgeting; improve budgeting processes. Advise on contracts and strategic financial input for alliances, acquisitions, mergers. Manage external auditors and ensure compliance with standards. Ensure internal controls comply with accounting standards and laws. Evaluate departmental structures and promote growth and efficiency. Lead Real Estate, Legal, and Purchasing functions. 🎯 Requirements Creative problem solving and financial planning; strategic thinking. BS in Accounting or Finance, or equivalent experience. MBA and/or CPA highly desirable. 15+ years in progressive financial leadership; multi-unit experience. Interpersonal skills; effective communicator at all levels. Viewed as a key resource and solid business partner. Deep problem solving and creative skills; sound judgement. High integrity and dependability with urgency and results orientation.
