AR Specialist

📋 Description Own end-to-end AR: invoicing, cash application, collections, aging across channels. Reconcile Amazon Seller Central and Vendor Central settlements. Reconcile eBay Managed Payments payouts vs orders, fees. Investigate short-pays, unauthorized deductions, chargebacks. Maintain AR aging reports and proactive past-due collections. Partner with Accounting during month-end close on AR entries. 🎯 Requirements 7-10 years AR experience; Amazon Seller Central/Vendor Central and eBay payouts. Associate degree or accounting/finance cert preferred; bachelors not required. Comfort working in marketplace seller/vendor portals. Solid understanding of marketplace fees: referral, FBA, chargebacks, returns. Strong Excel/spreadsheet skills for reconciliation.
