📋 Description Act as Aero’s primary Quality ambassador for cabin, lounge, and fleet. Build relationships with frequent guests; greet on arrival/departure; handle feedback. Observe and evaluate guest experience across scheduled and charter flights. Conduct quality audits and walk-throughs to uphold Aero standards. Identify gaps and partner to update standards, tools, or training; champion service recovery. Partner with Experience leadership to oversee base-level lounge and experience. 🎯 Requirements 5+ years managing CSRs in part 91/135 ops. Experience flying as CSR in part 91/135 ops. Complete Aero Experience Lead Trainer accreditation. Complete TSA screening accreditation. Strong aviation safety, part 91/135 ops, regulatory compliance, TSA/OSHA knowledge. Excellent written and oral communication. A passion for service; proven ability to lead and inspire teams. Comfortable in a startup; bias for continual improvement. Flexible schedule: nights, weekends, holidays; last-minute changes. Stand 8 hours; lift up to 100 lb; move around aircraft. Tech-savvy; Google Suite, Microsoft Office, Slack, Leon, Darwin. Live within 60 minutes of OPA Airport; US Citizen. DOT safety-sensitive: pre-employment and random drug testing.
