Operations & Outsourcing Risk

📋 Description Develop, implement, and enhance the ORM framework, incl. RCSAs. Identify, assess, monitor, and mitigate operational risks in payments and onboarding. Drive corrective actions from RCSA findings and control gaps. Monitor KRIs, losses, incidents, and control effectiveness. Own SOP and policy lifecycle for all operational risk docs. Manage end-to-end outsourcing risk governance for vendors. 🎯 Requirements 10+ years in Operational Risk, Outsourcing Risk, or Governance. Experience in Banks, Payment Processors, or Fintechs. RBI PA Master Directions 2025 and outsourcing guidelines knowledge. Experience with KYC, merchant onboarding, PAN validation, vendor risk. Knowledge of MCC, network compliance, cross-border payments. SQL and/or Python for analytics and risk reporting (preferred).
