Director, Talent Partner

📋 Description Serve as senior Talent Partner to the India Leadership Team, aligning with Model N strategy. Lead and develop India-based members of the Global Talent team. Partner with Senior Director, Global Talent to execute India priorities. Advise leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, and leadership development. Lead India’s delivery of performance management, talent reviews, and employee engagement. Use talent insights to strengthen organizational performance and inform priorities. 🎯 Requirements 12+ years in Talent Partner, HRBP, talent acquisition, or broader People leadership. Demonstrated success managing and developing teams with multiple direct reports. Experience leading recruiting operations as part of an integrated Talent function. Experience partnering with senior leaders in a consultative, globally matrixed environment. Experience with a U.S.-headquartered or global company, partnering with U.S.-based leaders. Must reside in Hyderabad or relocate within 90 days of employment.
