📋 Description Hands-on handling of litigation, regulatory disputes, and related matters. Lead discovery, motions, witness prep, settlements, and trial strategy. Advise internal partners on litigation and regulatory issues for Lyft products. Provide strategic recommendations to cross-functional teams. Guide Compliance, Public Policy, Communications, and Product teams on legal challenges. Manage outside counsel including staffing, budgeting, and strategy. 🎯 Requirements J.D. from a top-tier law school; active state bar. 5+ years civil litigation at mid/large firms or regulatory agencies; in-house preferred. Experience with regulatory disputes, government investigations, and consumer actions. Excellent problem-solving, judgment, and communication. Autonomous, team player with high ethics.
