📋 Description Lead the Project Management function and be the senior voice for PM across the agency. Define PM vision, operating model, role clarity, competencies, and expectations. Mentor, coach, and develop PM talent with ongoing growth opportunities. Build a connected PM community and drive continuous improvement. Establish agency-wide PM standards, playbooks, templates, and governance. Partner with client teams to embed standards and clear ownership. 🎯 Requirements 15+ years in PM/Operations in an agency. Experience leading PM teams and programs. Strong strategic, operational, financial, and resource mgmt. Proven ability to build scalable processes and adoption. Excellent executive communication and influence.
