HR Analytics Analyst

📋 Description Build and maintain HR dashboards/reports using Power BI/Tableau. Use Python and SQL to clean, analyze, and automate HR data reporting. Develop predictive analytics for attrition, hiring demand, and workforce planning. Support AI-driven HR initiatives to improve reporting and insights. Ensure data quality and consistency across HR systems and reports. Present analytical findings with clear visuals for leadership. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor's or Master's in Engineering, CS, Statistics, Math, Business Analytics or related field. 2–6 years of experience in HR Analytics, People Analytics, or Data Analytics. Strong Python (Pandas, NumPy) for data analysis and automation. SQL proficiency for querying and managing datasets. Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or other BI tools. Understanding of HR metrics (hiring, attrition, headcount, diversity).
