Onboarding manager

📋 Description Manage onboarding for merchants, business, individual, and crypto clients (KYC/KYB). Prepare, review, and coordinate onboarding agreements/docs. Act as main client contact through onboarding with clear communication. Understand clients' business models, incl. crypto use cases; apply product knowledge. Build and maintain professional relationships for excellent client experience. Manage end-to-end merchant/account registration with internal teams/contractors. 🎯 Requirements University degree in economics, business, or finance. 1+ year in onboarding, account management, or customer support (payments/crypto). Strong interpersonal skills; cross-team collaboration. Independent with strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to understand complex structures and assess risk. English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
