📋 Description Partner with leadership to identify urgent workforce gaps by craft, site, and horizon. Build a multi-year external pipeline strategy and investment plan. Establish relationships with colleges, universities, trade schools, and K-12 to create nuclear pathways. Stand up the team, operating model, and external partnerships from the ground up. Build and maintain a workforce gap analysis to guide pipeline investments. Establish governance and cross-functional rhythm with Operations and Training. 🎯 Requirements 10+ years in workforce development, talent strategy, HR, or nuclear/energy operations. Bachelor's degree; Master's preferred. Proven external relationship-building with educators and industry partners. Experience designing and scaling apprenticeship, internship, dual-enrollment programs. Ability to build and manage university/college, technical college partnerships, and K-12 pipelines. Strong data fluency and ability to translate gap analyses into investment priorities.
