📋 Description Lead global development and implementation of Corporate Security programs, runbooks, and SOPs. Oversee initiatives across all Corporate Security pillars with clear communication and docs. Manage multiple high-impact projects with milestones aligned to security objectives. Define and track KPIs for security programs to ensure accountability. Partner with Legal, Real Estate, IT, People, and Communications for readiness and compliance. Coordinate security vendor programs and contracts with stakeholder alignment. 🎯 Requirements 7+ years in security operations or program management. Experience managing complex multi-stakeholder programs across geographies. Strong understanding of physical security systems and vendor management. Proven ability to develop SOPs and operational standards. Proficiency with Google Workspace and collaboration tools. Experience with OpenAI’s Chat and Codex models.
