📋 Description Lead the design, delivery, and stamping of land development and site projects. Collaborate with PMs, surveyors, and external consultants through permitting. Manage multiple active projects in a fast-paced environment. Provide technical guidance to project managers during execution. Mentor junior engineers and technicians as needed. Drive projects from concept through construction. 🎯 Requirements Active Professional Engineer (Civil) license Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D Experience with grading, drainage, and site utilities Ability to independently manage multiple concurrent projects Experience with land development and subdivision design 🎁 Benefits Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance 401(k) with company match Health Savings Account (HSA)
