📋 Description Advise the Chief Legal & Admin Officer and exec team on legal and risk matters. Partner with leaders to identify and mitigate regulatory and business risks. Lead and scale the legal function to support fast growth. Oversee drafting, negotiation, and management of key contracts. Ensure governance, compliance, and risk frameworks across the company. Collaborate with finance, ops, and gov affairs on strategic initiatives. 🎯 Requirements Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. Active membership in at least one U.S. state bar. 12+ years of legal experience in-house or at a top firm. Strong business acumen with startup infrastructure exposure. Experience negotiating complex commercial agreements. Knowledge of regulatory, governance, and risk management.
