Implementation Specialist - Billing

📋 Description Coordinate onboarding for Billing implementations with internal SMEs. Manage all onboarding phases and meet customer SLAs. Coordinate complete configuration within established timeframes. Identify and address onboarding risks; escalate as needed. Keep customers engaged and maintain project momentum. Coordinate training and handoffs to customers and partners. 🎯 Requirements At least 2 years of ambulance billing experience. Excellent verbal and written communication. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences. Experience in a customer-facing role.
