Job Description
📋 Description Support end-to-end mechanical assembly of Parallel’s first production vehicles. Perform hands-on assembly with hand tools, power tools, torque tools, and fixtures. Read and follow mechanical drawings, work instructions, torque specs, and build docs. Identify quality issues and assembly challenges; work with engineers to fix. Train and support additional technicians as the manufacturing team grows. 🎯 Requirements 3+ years hands-on mechanical assembly experience in shop/manufacturing environments. Experience using hand tools, power tools, torque tools, and shop equipment. Ability to read mechanical drawings, assembly instructions, and torque specifications. Experience assembling complex mechanical systems (vehicles, rail systems, aerospace). Comfort in a low-volume environment with evolving processes. Strong attention to detail; communicate with engineers; travel to contract manufacturer.
