Associate, Supply Chain Engineering

📋 Description Own and support full procure-to-pay lifecycle from PO requests to invoice closeout Coordinate across Engineering, Construction, suppliers, Finance/AP, and Legal; manage logistics Validate scope, pricing, specs, delivery terms, tax treatment, and approvals before PO issuance Issue and track purchase orders in ERP systems with internal controls Monitor payment milestones and ensure alignment between PO terms, delivery, and invoices Maintain auditable purchasing records and real-time delivery trackers 🎯 Requirements Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering or related field preferred 2-3 years in supply chain ops, P2P, logistics or project-based SC Experience managing POs, expediting suppliers, coordinating deliveries Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail Ability to manage multiple high-value orders simultaneously ERP experience with SAP, Oracle, Coupa, or Odoo preferred 🎁 Benefits Medical, dental, vision, life insurance Short-term and long-term disability insurance Paid time off
