📋 Description Owns global training delivery across customer, partner, and internal audiences. Owns staffing and readiness for FTE and ATP via data analysis. Translates L&E strategy into execution: FTE-first regional sufficiency. Leads AI-first delivery model and customized, customer-specific training. Influences Training Ops, Curriculum, Certification, and field GTM. 🎯 Requirements Multi-region leadership of technical instructors. Experience across design, delivery, and evaluation. Experience scaling instructor capacity across employed and partner workforces. Strong depth in data, analytics, and AI; Databricks cert preferred.
