📋 Description Join the HR track of NewsBreak's General Management Rotation Program (MRP). 2+ rotations across HR functions within 2–3 years. Assigned senior sponsor, rotation managers, and dedicated mentors. Minimum of 3 high-impact HR assignments aligned with core objectives. Cross-functional exposure and visibility to senior leadership. Rotations may involve different locations within the U.S. 🎯 Requirements 3–5 years of progressive business experience (e.g., consulting, IB, PE, HR). Currently pursuing or recently completed an MBA from a top-tier program. Strong business acumen, critical thinking, and structured problem-solving skills. Passion for data-driven decision-making and people/HR analytics. Excellent communication and influencing skills for senior stakeholders.
