📋 Description Own end-to-end execution of care programs from workflow to go-live Coordinate across Clinical, Product, Engineering, and Care Delivery to close gaps Manage program timelines, deliverables, and status tracking for active contracts Serve as a consistent point of contact for cross-functional stakeholders Translate clinical protocols and product capabilities into operational workflows Build and maintain SOPs, playbooks, and training materials 🎯 Requirements 4-8 years of experience in healthcare operations, program management, or adjacent field Demonstrated ability to create structure in ambiguous environments Strong process documentation skills Experience with care management platforms, AI-enabled tools, or operational tech in healthcare Analytical and data-driven; you use metrics to track progress and make decisions Clear, direct communicator who keeps stakeholders informed and aligned
