📋 Description Act as key legal advisor for institutional business, trading, and P2P. Provide strategic guidance on complex regulatory issues for institutional clients. Manage legal risk for digital assets used by institutions and on P2P. Collaborate with product/business teams to ensure regulatory compliance. Align new products and initiatives with regulatory requirements. Develop policies governing institutional and P2P operations. 🎯 Requirements Must hold a law degree and be eligible to practice. 7+ years experience as senior lawyer in a top firm, digital assets firm, or bank. Proven track record in top-tier firm or in-house, with institutional trading experience. Experience negotiating lending/credit and custody agreements a plus.
