📋 Description Supervise daily activities per SOPs, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity. Develop and mentor CIA direct reports. Maintain a safe and clean work environment. Plan and coordinate shift activities to follow DC procedures. Address daily issues and drive improvements in fulfillment. Lead training and performance reviews to elevate team effectiveness. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor's in Engineering/Logistics/Business or 2 years managerial exp. Experience in Warehousing/3PL/Distribution or Manufacturing. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Bilingual English/Spanish is desired.
