📋 Description Own SEC filings prep, review, and filing (10-Q/10-K/8-K/S-1). Build and drive quarterly/annual calendar; coordinate inputs and deadlines. Lead earnings release process, including management package review. Own disclosure checklist and XBRL review; improve disclosure quality. Improve SEC reporting process; identify inefficiencies; drive automation. Ensure SEC/US GAAP compliance; research accounting issues; lead new pronouncements. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Accounting. CPA licensure or active pursuit preferred. Experience owning SEC reporting (10-K/10-Q) for public companies. Proven track record improving disclosures and reporting processes.
