📋 Description Research diverse job requirements, client ops, and industry trends. Set up and manage job postings in Ashby and LinkedIn Recruiter. Source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, and networks. Conduct initial screenings to assess qualifications. Maintain weekly throughput of 3-5 qualified candidates. Coordinate with Bullpen Talent team; keep notes current. 🎯 Requirements Positive attitude and enthusiasm in recruiting. Experience in talent acquisition across diverse levels. Strong interpersonal skills; build trusted relationships. Reliable and responsive with proactive communication. Self-motivated learner; eager to understand client needs.
