Registered Nurse, Per Diem Weekends, Home Health

📋 Description Visit clients in their own homes to aid recovery from injury, illness, or surgery. Case management, care plans, and skilled care (assessments, meds, wound care). Help clients progress from discharge to meeting their goals at home. Provide education to the patient and/or their family. 🎯 Requirements Active and current RN license. One year of clinical experience preferred. Previous home health experience welcome; training provided.
