Air Freight Manager

📋 Description Lead and coach a team of air operations specialists to drive performance. Serve as the primary escalation point for operational issues. Set expectations, support growth, and optimize individual performance. Oversee the full air shipment lifecycle from booking through delivery. Ensure compliance with Flexport standards, local laws, and shipping rules. Maintain data accuracy and timely milestone updates to meet KPIs. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field. 7+ years in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain ops. 2-3 years of leadership experience managing an operations team. Strong knowledge of air export and import regulations in Cambodia. Proficiency in English; Mandarin is a plus. Hands-on, process-oriented, and structured problem solver.
