Agile Coach (AI & Agile Delivery Enablement)

📋 Description Team & ART coaching: coach Product Owners, teams, and stakeholders to outcomes. AI-enabled ways of working: adopt Keystone AI with Impost; guide responsible use. Agile & Lean practice: coach retrospectives, PI planning, and SAFe. Domain partnership: connect Product Managers and RTEs; link observations to metrics. Teaching & enablement: design and deliver training/workshops on agile practices. Change leadership: address resistance early; explain rationale; build AI Champion coalitions. 🎯 Requirements Several years' experience in Agile roles (Coach/RTE/SM/PO) with SAFe delivery. Coaching skills: active listening, questioning, and managing resistance. Genuine interest in AI and hands-on experimentation. Remote work in large international org; cross-cultural fluency. Knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe; certification a plus. Based in or willing to work from Hyderabad, India.
