📋 Description Own full-cycle recruiting for clinical, corporate, and operations roles. Partner with hiring managers to define profiles and hiring strategies. Source, screen, and interview; manage candidate pipelines. Coordinate interviews, drive hiring decisions, and manage offers. Track recruiting metrics; identify improvements in speed and quality. Support workforce planning and succession initiatives. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field, or equivalent. 7+ years of HR and recruiting experience with increasing responsibility. Experience managing full-cycle recruiting across functions and levels. Strong knowledge of employee relations, performance mgmt, HR ops, and employment law.
