📋 Description Manage day-to-day cultivation staff and processes. Oversee Flower, IPM, and fertigation activities. Delegate tasks to gardeners per garden calendar. Coordinate with Cultivation Manager to communicate plans. Ensure plant health and Cresco policy adherence. Maintain documentation for cultivation activities. 🎯 Requirements 2+ years supervisory/managerial experience in cultivation ops. Proven ability to manage cultivation staff and tasks. Strong multitasking and organizational skills; manufacturing exp preferred. Proficiency with Windows-based software and POS systems. Knowledge of medical cannabis policy and law.
