📋 Description Coordinate facilities projects and ensure vendors meet standards Direct construction activities for internal teams and subcontractors Maintain daily logs, progress reports, and financial reports Enforce subcontractor contracts and address discrepancies Approve subcontractor work and manage related issues Ensure site safety and OSHA compliance 🎯 Requirements High school diploma or equivalent 5+ years in the construction industry 2+ years leading coordination of multiple trades on-site Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC/R, concrete, and related trades Reading and interpreting engineering drawings and specs Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite Proficient with Bluebeam or Adobe Acrobat
