📋 Description Lead and mentor offshore AR team: cash applications, invoicing, collections. Primary escalation point for complex customer billing inquiries and dunning. Own end-to-end cash application for direct bill and AWS customers. Drive collections with outside agencies and cash forecasting visibility. Manage sales tax and VAT compliance to ensure accurate global invoicing.
