Job Description
📋 Description Own the day-to-day operation and development of the DLP program, including monitoring and triage. Serve as the DLP SME for tooling and processes. Administer Nightfall policies and investigate data-exfiltration alerts. Administer Jamf and support endpoint management, patching, and workstation health. Remediate workstation vulnerabilities identified via CrowdStrike; coordinate with end users. Support software lifecycle management, including SSO setup and user provisioning. 🎯 Requirements 5+ years of broad IT administration across endpoints, IAM, provisioning, patching, and user support. Strong experience administering Jamf and managed endpoints. Excellent troubleshooting and the ability to work through unfamiliar problems. Experience owning operational programs: monitoring, docs, and cross-functional coordination. Ability to triage incidents, work under pressure, and adapt to priorities.
