Monitor market trends and compensation benchmarks; adapt sourcing strategies. 🎯 Requirements 5+ years in talent acquisition, end-to-end recruitment across Europe/CEE. Fluent Polish and proficient English (min C1). Proficient in Lever, LinkedIn Recruiter, and ATS tools. Strong knowledge of direct search methods and best practices.
