Act as a strategic hiring partner translating business objectives into hiring strategies. Leverage market intelligence and data analytics to advise on trends and decisions. 🎯 Requirements 8+ years of full-cycle, in-house recruiting in fast-paced and complex environments. Experience recruiting in Fintech and/or SaaS industries. Proven track record hiring senior and specialist Sales and Account Management across global geographies (EMEA, APAC, LAC). Proven ability to influence decisions, negotiate effectively, and build trusted partnerships across all levels of the organization and with candidates. Strong Boolean search, advanced sourcing techniques and open web sourcing strategies. Experience with TA tools, ATS systems and process design.
