📋 Description Advise stakeholders on legal issues and concepts. Lead end-to-end negotiations of MSAs with banks and financial institutions. Own negotiations with data and content providers, including licensing. Collaborate with Sales, Product, Security, and Ops to structure business-aligned agreements. Implement contracting infrastructure; design templates, playbooks, and workflows. Partner with Head of Legal on high-impact strategic initiatives. 🎯 Requirements Must be licensed to practice law in at least one jurisdiction. JD from a top law school with 3–6 years in tech/IP or emerging companies. Experience owning and closing commercial agreements; knowledge of IP licensing, privacy, data-use and AI. Experience implementing legal tech tools; building scalable systems. Genuine interest in new technologies, software and finance.
