Accounting Manager

📋 Description Assist with month-end close: post journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, variances. Perform balance sheet and subledger reconciliations; ensure accuracy and clearance. Support A/P, A/R, and billing in an automated environment with controls. Process payroll and reconcile payroll entries; manage equity (Rippling, Carta). Take first pass on revenue recognition (ASC 606) in NetSuite; prepare schedules. Identify improvements; build automations and AI-enabled workflows for closer tasks. 🎯 Requirements 4+ years of progressive accounting experience, including month-end close ownership. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Solid knowledge of US GAAP, including ASC 606 revenue recognition. Hands-on experience with a major ERP; NetSuite strongly preferred. Strong reconciliation/analytical skills with high attention to detail.
