Assistant Processing Manager - Portfolio

📋 Description Actively monitor and manage team pipelines to keep files moving. Resolve underwriting questions and rush files to keep closing on time. Balance hands-on support with management duties for chattel and land home loans. Communicate with the Processing Manager and cross-team to maintain quality. Adapt quickly to changing priorities and assist in varied tasks as needed. 🎯 Requirements Minimum 3 years of processing experience. Manufactured Housing knowledge (chattel and land home). Strong knowledge of portfolio guidelines and underwriting support. Excellent communication, listening, and time management skills.
