📋 Description Review, draft and negotiate customer and supplier agreements using templates. Partner with stakeholders to provide practical, commercial legal advice during contracting. Build relationships with Commercial, Product and Marketing to navigate legal risk. Explain legal advice clearly, balancing opportunities with risk in projects. 🎯 Requirements Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales or equivalent) with ~1–3 PQE in commercial/corporate/tech. Strong grounding in commercial law; experience drafting and negotiating agreements. Excellent written and verbal communication; explain complex concepts clearly. Commercial mindset balancing legal risk with pragmatic business solutions. Strong stakeholder management across functions. Proactive, take ownership while knowing when to seek guidance.
