📋 Description Own timely daily regulatory filings, monthly 1-FR-FCM, and NFA/CFTC reporting Lead and develop a team of Financial Operations Associates Maintain documentation and internal controls for audit readiness Act as primary liaison during regulatory examinations and audits Monitor liquidity, FX hedging, and margin adequacy; escalate issues Partner with Product, Compliance, Risk, Technology, and Accounting on initiatives 🎯 Requirements Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field 3–5 years in financial operations, regulatory reporting, or accounting Working knowledge of NFA and CFTC segregation rules and FCM reporting Prior leadership or mentoring experience Strong analytical skills with attention to accuracy Ability to drive process improvements and automation 🎁 Benefits Generous paid time off 7 Paid Holidays + 5 Conditional Holidays 401k with 3.5% company match Paid Parental Bonding Leave Health, Vision, and Dental Coverage Life and Disability Insurance fully covered
