Remote Property Manager

📋 Description Lead the Shared Services Team as Remote Property Manager. Make fast, sound decisions on guest issues, policy exceptions, and revenue matters. Ensure guests are cared for, inform partners, and distribute revenue on time. Oversee guest communications and OTA coordination with partners. Monitor 24/7 support coverage, including overnight, weekends, and holidays. Manage housekeeping schedules and ensure tasks are completed on time. 🎯 Requirements Minimum 3 years STR property management hands-on. Knowledge of guest issues (check-in/out, access, amenities) and resolutions. Willingness to work non-traditional hours including overnights/weekends/holidays. Experience leading a remote or distributed team. Familiarity with OTA platforms: Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo/Expedia. Hospitable PMS experience and Slack for comms; strong English.
