Operations Specialist

📋 Description Deliver excellent customer service by promptly addressing guest inquiries across channels. Efficiently manage reservations, pricing, policies, and guest communications across multiple platforms. Coordinate with owners to confirm availability and vendor support, informing guests of any impacts. Use Streamline VRS for reservations, guest communications, billing, property documentation, and listings. Maintain detailed communication within the Operations team for seamless handover of tasks. Take ownership of tasks and projects to support fast-paced daily operations. 🎯 Requirements Excellent written and verbal English communication skills (mandatory). Prior reservations or administrative ops experience in vacation rental or hotel. Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently in a remote work environment.
