📋 Description Serve as deputy to the MLRO and liaison with MAS/regulators. Develop and implement AML/CFT policies and controls for ADS license. Provide guidance on regulatory trends to ensure ongoing compliance. Ensure timely regulatory reports to MAS, ACRA, IRAS (AML/CFT, CRS). Collaborate with global compliance, product and engineering to embed compliance. Prepare and present compliance reports to the Board and Risk Management Committee. 🎯 Requirements Experience: 6-8 years in compliance operations in Singapore and APAC. Tech-forward mindset; leverage automation and case management tools. Scalable thinking; analytical mind to simplify complex procedures.
