📋 Description Manage full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding. Partner with hiring managers to define talent needs and hiring strategies. Develop sourcing strategies for active and passive candidates. Post and manage jobs on LinkedIn and Naukri with timely updates. Maintain recruitment workflows in Greenhouse ATS with accurate tracking. Track metrics: time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, source, pipeline health. 🎯 Requirements 4+ years in end-to-end recruitment. Hands-on ATS/HRIS experience and recruitment analytics. Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented, able to multitask. Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
