🎯 Requirements

• Experience in legal systems or critical thinking about AI
• Minimum 3 years managing or leading design teams
• Minimum 10+ years in UX design or interaction design
• Passion to grow and mentor people
• Strong information architecture skills
• Portfolio representing work
