📋 Description

• Manage the timely renewal of contracts for customers in the commercial segment with $50K and lower
• Ensure high customer and partner satisfaction throughout a high volume of renewal workstreams
• Work directly with deal desk, pricing, partners, customer success, sales operations, account
• Adopt and champion AI tools to stay on top of all tasks and improve your productivity
• Develop an understanding of Zscaler products to help migrate existing contracts to current SKUs and

• Demonstrated curiosity and active exploration of AI tools
• Strong background in a high-volume renewal, sales, or account management environment
• Proven ability to manage a large number of transactions and consistently meet targets
• Excellent collaboration skills and experience working with cross-functional teams
