Job Description
📋 Description
- Lead behavior support services for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized behavior support plans
- Observe individuals and staff directly within the program environment
- Train and coach staff on behavior strategies, prevention, de-escalation, and data collection
- Review behavioral data and adjust interventions based on progress and identified trends
- Provide clinical guidance during complex or escalated behavioral situations
🎯 Requirements
- Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing with the BACB OR Licensed Marriage
- Minimum of 3 years of experience designing and implementing behavior intervention services
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related clinical field
- At least 2 years of experience working with individuals with intellectual or developmental
- Minimum of 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience
- Experience coaching, mentoring, training, or developing staff
