Clinical Services Manager (BCBA or Licensed Clinician)

📋 Description

• Lead behavior support services for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities
• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized behavior support plans
• Observe individuals and staff directly within the program environment
• Train and coach staff on behavior strategies, prevention, de-escalation, and data collection
• Review behavioral data and adjust interventions based on progress and identified trends
• Provide clinical guidance during complex or escalated behavioral situations

🎯 Requirements

• Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing with the BACB OR Licensed Marriage
• Minimum of 3 years of experience designing and implementing behavior intervention services
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related clinical field
• At least 2 years of experience working with individuals with intellectual or developmental
• Minimum of 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience
• Experience coaching, mentoring, training, or developing staff
