Head of Data Strategy

📋 Description

• Develop and execute regional data strategy aligned with business goals
• Implement Group data governance frameworks
• Partner with IT and business teams to ensure governance and stewardship policies
• Define and drive data policies, standards, and best practices
• Develop data profiling, data quality assessment, and cleansing activities
• Oversee adoption of emerging data trends and technologies

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or related
• 10+ years of experience in data strategy, analytics, or related roles
• Proven track record of developing and implementing data strategies at regional or enterprise level
• Strong understanding of data governance, compliance, and regulatory frameworks
• Experience with data architecture, big data platforms, and cloud solutions (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, and BI platforms (Tableau, Power BI)
